I’m so happy you’re here and I honor you for wanting to explore this healing experience.



I am no stranger to both mild and severe anxiety. I created a completely different relationship with mine and now help others do the same. You can read more of my story HERE.

So many of us just go through our days, struggling with anxiety. Many times, we don't even know what we are experiencing is, in fact, anxiety. We are living in our past or worry for the future, we are responding to current situations (understandably), and we are simply feeling our body try to communicate with us.  You may have trouble creating more stillness and calm in your days, you may feel you need support in learning to manage anxiety better, to feel more empowered in even the most stressful times.

The goal of this group is to address all of it.

​1 out of 5 people have a diagnosed anxiety disorder. BUT, the number of people who experience anxiety is MUCH higher as many do not ever seek support and many others don’t even realize they have it or it’s not disruptive to their life enough to warrant professional medical help. 
 
Anxiety isn’t just panic attacks and PTSD. Anxiety is our body’s natural way of alerting us to fear, whether actual danger or a trigger of old experiences and traumas being reactivated. Anxiety is a self-protection built into our nervous system and even when it is not from an actual threat, it can be incredibly useful.

For most, anxiety can be high functioning where you don’t even realize it is, in fact, anxiety. How does this show up?

I wanted to bring a more cost-effective, community based and manageable approach to those who want to address their own anxiety. That anxiety may be from a specific event or maybe you've struggled with it your whole life. Either way, this group may be for YOU.

The pandemic and all events of the last two years have given our brains and bodies more reasons to react with anxiety, to protect us. Anxiety has increased greatly during this time for people and it is understandable. It is certainly difficult to put yourself first when things feel chaotic but it is also imperative for yourself, your loved ones and your community. When each of us is able to use our anxiety in useful ways, to go deep within and to be STILL, we are able to show up better in all areas of our lives.

*I would not recommend this program to someone with full on panic attacks who is not also working with a therapist.

This program is meant to be supportive with loving accountability as well as be digestible and manageable so it doesn’t add to your overwhelm.

We do not use a “ONE FITS ALL” approach and instead offer variety in finding the right tools and techniques that resonate with YOU, the individual while also be a part of a nurturing community.

​I use a process called Internal Family Systems, an evidenced based therapy that connect you to deeper parts of you the are serving you in protective and other ways. I also use my signature deep meditation and a number of exercises and coaching and somatic (body based) methods.

I'm Nicole, your guide on this journey. 

I am a coach specializing in anxiety, inner child healing, parent wounds and general trauma. I use a mixture of coaching, somatic techniques and meditation. 

I've been forming this program for over a year and am incredibly excited to offer it out to the world. 

I believe in aligning your soul, the essence of who you are with your human 
experience. To do this, we each have our own unique journey to uncover that essence and allow it to shine bright. Learning to attune to our body and it's messages is a helpful piece in getting there. This 8 week experience will help you with that.

Guest Healer, Jen Baptista

Jen found herself led to reiki for her own healing and discovered she had a gift of connecting with others energies. She trained in both reiki and tarot, becoming a reiki master and now, teacher. Jen has a gift for transforming energy for her clients.

Jen offers both distanced (virtual) and in person reiki at her home in Wilmington, in a beautiful setting she has set up for healing and community. She also offers tarot reading and training as well as reiki training.

​Jen's loving heart and grounded approach to spirituality makes her someone who helps you feel at ease and fully held.

Guest Healer, Kate Lamie

Kate has been practicing EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) for nearly ten years. She was introduced to the practice by her naturopath and found that it had immediate transformative effects on her anxiety.

She has practiced tapping with dozens of teachers throughout the years, and brings her own unique take on tapping themes and scripts inspired by the work of personal development thought leaders including Gabby Bernstein, Joe Dispenza and Michaela Boehm.

​Currently, her tapping videos are available on the Energy Barre On Demand App and she also hosts workshops for groups and sees one-on-one clients. 


​What does this experience look like throughout the 8 weeks? 
General breakdown:

Weeks 1-2: 

​What anxiety is and what it is not. Why stillness and daily breathing practices are key.
Learning to Breathe, connecting to how you are breathing and how to work WITH your breath.

Cultivating a nurturing and judgment free relationship WITH your your anxiety,
getting more in touch with your body, it’s signals and the emotions associated.


Weeks 3-4:

Working with the “parts of you” Somatic work
What patterns are showing up? Where in your body?
Reiki


Weeks 5-6:
What are the roots of your anxiety? 
How do we address them? Root Cause clearing meditations.
Tapping Class

Weeks 7-8:

Where are you feeling more empowered? 
       What still feels disconnected?
       What tools work best?

✨Weekly Guided Audios with journal prompt(s) sent via email and posted in the private group. These are created to be manageable, not overwhelming, to fit in.
✨SIX group coaching Calls with Nicole: All calls are on ZOOM. After the third call, we will have a week off (there will still be resources sent)
✨Q&A/ in Facebook group with Nicole 

✨All LIVE sessions will be recorded and sent via email.

✨Additional weekly exercises, tips and Live videos posted in the group each week. 
✨Continued access to the private group, recorded calls and all other materials after the 7 weeks is over.
✨Discounts on further Coaching with Nicole and access to In person Workshops in the Spring/Summer.
Most group calls will take place Tuesday evenings at 7 starting March 1.  HOWEVER, I will talk to each person who signs up and if there is a better time/day that works for everyone, I will be more than happy to change it. I believe in making this a community and choice based experience. All calls are also recorded so you will receive what you need even if you can't attend live. I will also have extra calls at a different time available for those who miss our weekly call. 

This is over $2000 worth of resources and coaching but I want to make this more accessible.
